Setting up Gmail SMTP in Getyn Campaigns Software allows you to send emails directly from your Gmail or Google Apps (Google Workspace) account. This ensures secure delivery, better inbox placement, and the ability to keep a copy of all sent emails in your Gmail “Sent” folder. Follow this simple guide to complete the setup.
Use the following Gmail SMTP configuration inside Getyn Campaigns:

Once these details are added, Getyn Campaigns will be able to connect to Gmail and send your email campaigns securely.
Go to your Settings → SMTP Settings section.
Select Add New Sender / Add New SMTP, then enter the Gmail SMTP details listed above.
Click Test Connection to verify that the setup is correct.
If the connection is successful, save your settings.
To automatically save all outgoing campaign emails inside your Gmail Sent folder, you must enable IMAP in your Gmail or Google Apps account.
Log into your Gmail account.
Click the Settings (⚙️) icon and select See all settings.
Go to the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.
Scroll down to the IMAP Access section.
Ensure IMAP is enabled.
Save your changes.
With IMAP enabled, Gmail will store copies of all emails sent using your SMTP connection—making it easy to track communication from your Gmail dashboard.
