How to cancel the subscription?

Subscription-related actions can only be performed by the organization owner.

Cancel trial

  1. Sign in to My Account section

  2. Click your account icon in the top-right corner to reveal the sidebar.

  3. Click on Manage Billing

  4. See your plan details on top and click Cancel my plan.

Cancel subscription

Once you cancel your Getyn subscription, all the applications associated with your account will be moved to the corresponding application's basic plan without any loss of data. The basic plan can either be free or trial expired. You can access the data in the respective standalone application.

  1. Sign in to My Account

  2. Click your account icon in the top-right corner to reveal the sidebar.

  3. Click on Manage Billing

  4. Click Cancel my plan beside Subscription Details.
