How to invite a team member in Getyn Social?

To invite a team member in your organisation in Getyn Social app, simply follow the below steps:

1) Login to your Getyn Social account using a G-Suite ID or from G-Suite Single Sign On dashboard. 

2) From the left sidebar  Go to> Settings > Teams

3) Enter the team member email id and check all the permissions you want to give to the team member. T

*Team member email ID can be internal or external both. 

4) Share this signup url with team member to setup the password on the account using same email id. https://social.getyn.com/signup

5) Team member will receive an activation link on an email. Once verified , the account will be activated. Email may come to a Junk/Spam folder.

6) As you have shared your account access with the team member, they can login to your account by clicking on the "Teams" menu from top bar and access the social media channels and permissions shared by you.
