Trial Period:
We do not charge you for the trial period. You can cancel the trial anytime.
Monthly Subscriptions:
You can cancel the subscription at any point of time. However, once the subscription is billed, you can request for the full refund of the billed amount within 7 days from the date of charge. After 7 days of the charge, we wont be able to refund you the amount.
Annual Subscriptions:
You can cancel the subscription at any point of time. However, once the subscription is billed, you can request for the full refund of the billed amount within 7 days from the date of charge After 7 days of the charge, we wont be able to refund you the amount.
Partial Downgrade of Annual Subscription:
There may be instances where you wish to partially downgrade your annual subscription. This can happen if you reduce user licenses, downgrade service editions, support plans, or remove previously purchased add-ons. In such cases, you'll receive credits in the form of a subscription extension for active licenses. Discounts won't be applied in calculating these credits.
Auto-Renewal:
For your convenience, both monthly and yearly subscriptions will auto-renew until canceled. Prior to each renewal, we'll email you specifying the charged amount. After each renewal, you'll receive a receipt detailing the deducted amount, next renewal date, and amount.
